Family immigration is divided into two groups: reuniting families and establishing families.

The first concerns those who have family in Norway and apply to be reunited with them. The other concerns those who want to become a family in Norway.

If you come from a country with a high rate of tuberculosis and plan on staying in Norway for more than three months, a tuberculosis examination is mandatory.
