You can apply for family immigration if you have close family members in Norway.
Family immigration is divided into two groups: reuniting families and establishing families.
The first concerns those who have family in Norway and apply to be reunited with them. The other concerns those who want to become a family in Norway.
To get permission for family immigration certain rules apply. The rules are different according to the type of immigration. Read more about family immigration at UDI.
